History: From our terroirs at the bottom of the valley, combining micaschist, silica and silt. A classic red from Provence.

Tasting notes: A bright and limpid colour that reflects the youth.
A subtle nose with black fruit aromas. A lively and light palate with red fruit aromas and a sweet finish. This wine will seduce you by its lightness and its thirst-quenching power. A summery red wine to be drunk chilled.

Vinification technique:

Harvested at night. Blending carried out at the time of harvest. The grapes are destemmed, then put in stainless steel tanks for fermentation and maceration for about ten days. Pressed at the end of the fermentation to obtain a light red wine with a fruity flavour.
