History: The white in "Vinification Nature" à la bourguignonne from our most beautiful terroir of black micaschist and black clay.

Tasting notes: The nose reveals notes of white flowers and citrus fruits followed by a woody finish. The palate reveals lively and fresh lemon aromas. Its minerality gives it its balance. This cuvée remains the "1er Cru" of the Domaine. It should be drunk with seafood as well as fresh salads or white meats.

Winemaking Technique: Hand-picked at night. Slight maceration before pressing, settling and racking into 400L new oak barrels. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing on lees for 12 months. Gentle filtration before bottling and ageing for one year in the cellar.
