History: This is the flagship wine of the Val d'Astier estate. This "Vinification Nature" rosé is a must of the Côtes de Provence. The grapes are picked on our most beautiful terroirs of lamellar schist during the night. The blending of these four grape varieties exposed on our best valleys allows us to obtain a wine with tension and aromatic finesse.

Tasting: A very clear pale color.
A nose full of fruits, combining white peach and citrus fruits.
A mineral and well-balanced palate bringing aromas full of freshness. Its length allows you to appreciate it as an aperitif or during a meal with fish carpaccio or fresh salad while enjoying the sun. The favorite of the family.

Winemaking Technique: Hand harvested at night. Direct pressing then settling. Fermentation starts with indigenous yeasts, maturing in stainless steel tanks on fine lees until bottling, where the only action is the addition of sulphur and a light filtration.
