History: A wine made in the most natural setting possible, giving expression to a cuvée full of richness and aromas typical of the terroir and its grape varieties. Signe Nature, in reference to our precious land, makes this rosé a different wine from our Provencal traditions.

Tasting notes: Intense raspberry pink colour. A nose of complex red fruit aromas. On the palate, a slightly structured wine with a roundness and a complexity of yellow-fleshed fruit aromas. A gastronomic rosé that will go well with spicy dishes.

Winemaking Technique: Grapes from our so-called "test" plots: plots located in a natural environment where biodiversity is maximum. The work is exclusively manual and governed by the lunar calendar until bottling. The grapes are picked during the night, the wine is vinified as close as possible to the grapes without settling, fermentation by indigenous yeasts and the only addition of sulphur as well as a light filtration is carried out at bottling.
