History: This is our red wine for ageing par excellence, offered by the highest terraces on the estate which allow us to obtain our most concentrated and ripe grapes.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby colour. A nose with greedy aromas of red fruits. On the palate, subtle aromas of spices and ripe red fruits mixed with a melted woody note.

Winemaking Technique: The harvest is done by hand, the three grape varieties are blended into grapes in a stainless steel tank. The grapes are left to macerate for the majority of the fermentation process for about ten days with daily punching down and pumping over. The grapes are finally pressed and finish their fermentation in the one year old barrel that previously held The ONE White. The wine is aged in oak barrels for one year. The cuvée is bottled without filtration.
