History: Light white from our sandy valleys of micaschist and silica cradled by the Mediterranean breeze.

Tasting notes: Luminous colour with a springtime glow. Nose of white flowers with a woody note (acacia and lily of the valley). Tight and fresh on the palate, with a spicy note at the end. A white wine that can accompany you in all your desires and pleasures, from traditional to world cuisine.

Winemaking Technique: Night harvest. Each grape variety and each plot is vinified separately. Soft pressing then settling. Fermentation of the clear juices at low temperature and short maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in barrels (30%), before blending the different grape varieties in January. Light fining with natural clay before bottling.
