History: A contemporary rosé from our sandy valleys composed of mica schist and silica, cradled by the Mediterranean breeze.
Tasting: A beautiful pale color, slightly salmon.
The nose and the palate are caressed by the aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits,
characteristic of our exposure to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A finish
accompanied by a slight fatness so as not to let your taste buds go astray. A rosé that can accompany you in all your desires and pleasures, ranging from traditional cuisine to world cuisine.
Winemaking Technique: Night harvest. Each grape variety and each plot is vinified separately. Gentle pressing, settling, fermentation of the clear juice at low temperature and short ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Blending of the different grape varieties in January. Light fining with natural clay before bottling.
