The vineyard golfe de saint-tropez

In the heart of a pristine, multi-faceted nature, the Seignez family has been kindly shaping the valleys of Val d'Astier since its creation in 2003.
In the eyes of Bruno and Ellen, joined today by their children Arthur and Laure, burns the energy of those who shaped the hillside, cleared the forest, planted, imagined plateaus and hillsides so that the 18 grape varieties could be exposed to the best. Here, the family spirit is a source of inspiration for vinification tinged with passion and nature.

the harvest 8 06 continued 020

A know-how acquired by Bruno in Burgundy, refined in Bandol, and perfected in Provence in Saint-Tropez where he learned, listened, tried, and made, so that today, accompanied by his son Arthur, the minerality of a white, the strength of a red, and the subtlety of a rosé are born from their hands.
These wines, vinified outside, in harmony with the climate, benefit from the natural cold of winter before ageing in bottles in the cellar, dug underground, protected from thermal variations.
Each cuvée reflects the singular and natural lunar energy of the terroir and the know-how of its artisan winemakers.

While the sheep still graze in the vineyard, the estate also vibrates with the numerous beehives, olive and fruit trees, unusual productions that reflect the botanical richness of a still preserved ecosystem.
Ellen has remained the accomplished gardener of her beginnings, this piece of land conquered by the garrigue is still adorned with vegetables and herbs appreciated by the great chefs of the region, which she delivers during the summer season.

Ellen and Laure welcome you to the cellar to let you discover and taste the "Fruits of their Passion": the wines of course, including the new ones of the season which we hope will seduce you, but also their grape juice without forgetting their delicious honey.
Give in to temptation, awaken your senses and come and discover our Eden at Val d'Astier!
