Rosé
Seignez Rosé
A very light pale colour.
A nose full of fruit, combining white peach and citrus fruits.
A mineral and balanced palate bringing aromas full of freshness. Its length allows you to enjoy it as an aperitif or with a meal accompanied by fish carpaccio or fresh salad while enjoying the sun. The family's favourite.

White
One Maures White
A clear and brilliant colour with green reflections. A subtle nose with aromas of white flowers and muscatel. A light and subtle palate with aromas of fresh fruit that will ideally accompany your seafood platters.

Red
Val d'Astier Red
Purple colour. Nose of small ripe red fruits (blackcurrant, wild strawberry). On the palate, supple and pleasant tannins, with a summery roundness revealing the stewed fruits of autumn. The expression of the Provencal terroir in its purest form.

White
The One White
The rolle, "chardonnay of the Mediterranean" brings us by its delicacy, the tasty aromas of the soil and the exoticism. Semillon, the ancestral grape of the great white wines of the south, brings the nobility and length that define wines for laying down, and Clairette brings us freshness...

Rosé
Nature sign
An intense raspberry pink colour. A nose with complex red fruit aromas. On the palate, a slightly structured wine with a roundness and a complexity of yellow-fleshed fruit aromas. A gastronomic rosé that goes well with spicy dishes.

In the heart of a pristine, multi-faceted nature, the Seignez family has been kindly shaping the valleys of Val d'Astier since its creation in 2003.
In the eyes of Bruno and Ellen, joined today by their children Arthur and Laure, burns the energy of those who shaped the hillside, cleared the forest, planted, imagined plateaus and hillsides so that the 18 grape varieties could be exposed to the best. Here, the family spirit is a source of inspiration for vinification tinged with passion and nature.
