History: The red wine in "Vinification Nature" from our most beautiful terroirs of lamellar micaschist and quartz located on our highest slopes.

Tasting notes: A deep ruby colour. A woody nose with complex red fruit aromas. In the mouth, a slightly structured wine with a roundness and a greediness of small red fruits.

Winemaking Technique: The grapes are harvested by hand and blended in a stainless steel tank. A cold skin maceration is carried out for about ten days with daily punching of the cap and pumping over. The grapes are finally pressed and complete their fermentation in the one year old barrels that previously held the Seignez Blanc. The wine is aged in oak barrels for one year. The wine is bottled without filtration.
