History: From our terroirs at the bottom of the valley, combining micaschist, silica and silt. A light wine of pleasure and conviviality. It will accompany your long summer evenings or simply quench your cravings for the sun.

Tasting: A pale color with rose petal reflections.
Its nose with aromas of red fruits and grapefruit remains subtle and stealthy. A light and fresh mouth gives it the delicacy of a morning dew. This wine will seduce you by its lightness and its thirst-quenching power.

Winemaking Technique: Night harvest. Each grape variety and each plot is vinified separately. Gentle pressing, settling, fermentation of the clear juice at low temperature and short ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Blending of the different grape varieties in January. Light fining with natural clay before bottling.
